Hi, I’m considered out-of-state for tuition as a U.S. citizen. Still, my situation is similar to an international student since I don’t live in the U.S. I’m currently torn between these two schools—it's a 50/50 decision for me. I have a meeting scheduled with Oregon’s advisor for more clarity, but in the meantime, I want to feel more confident in my choice.
Extra notes:
- My high school has a larger population and a very big community! So I care about it, even if it's just sports games, rushing, etc!
