They should change 75% at UT to 75% for all majors.
So every major already has 75% allotted to auto, 15% for non auto or auto, and 10% for OOS.
Then have 3 separate deadlines.
10/15 for OOS
11/1 for in-state non-auto
11/15 for in-state auto
And then students apply to honors after 1/1 and they have a month to do it.
