the reason portal astrology was banned in a2c was because of a group of people were rejected cause they had been tampering with URLs or something for Harvard's portal a while back. And portal astrology is usually to try and find out whether you've been admitted or denied. I feel like looking at when the portal closes to speculate the global decision date doesn't really match that. But I'm not a mod so i dunno
