Thank you for your patience! At the original time of establishing the link between Common App and SchooLinks there were two separate email addresses labeled for staff. This has since been resolved, but some colleges will receive duplicate recommendations simply because they were sent from two separate email addresses technically. The student is unable to delete the duplicate recommendation because it has already been fulfilled.
