Assuming those are the same of just self-reporting course grades, you're also fine there.

As far as your counselor section goes, mine never let me see it but as long as they filled out the Secondary School Report form it makes them do on the CommonApp you're good

You shouldn't have to report anything on the Harvard application website (sans additional documents if you get like a award or something and/or stuff they inquire about)
