Costs: None issue , would prefer cheap/accessible , decently rated and accredited above all else.

My current university does not seem to offer an online certificate program, and I don't need to do it at a graduate level.
The position I am interested in specializes in agricultural inspection.
I had my transcript reviewed and was told I would need only 3 (4 hour credit) courses in order to be considered for the position.
Is anyone familiar with a good certificate program or online college that would offer these types of courses, it can be at an undergrad level.
