#Need More Target Schools

Do a Net Price Calculator for all your schools. Considering your family's finances aren't accurate at the moment, I would for now look into putting arbitrary numbers for finances that are considered middle class but do get the most accurate tax information ASAP.
With that said, considering you live in Kentucky, you should know that UIUC, Berkeley, UDub, UCLA, UT, and Purdue give little to no aid to OOS students, regardless of finances. This is because they are a public university and public universities generally only prioritize their aid to in state students. GaTech and UMIch are the only OOS public universities in your list that give decent aid to OOS Students but that's generally for the one's that are really low income while the middle class are more fucked(so not MIT level like you're hoping for).
I know that ASU(public but gives good merit), Lehigh, and Syracuse give decent aid so I would look into them.
