#Colleges that are not connected with the Military Industrial Complex?

I'm going to community college for two years and I am looking for a university to transfer to that is not connected with the MIC. I haven't found much resources on this, probably because there are not a lot that are not connected to / invest in the MIC.

For me, a university investing in index funds like S&P 500 that contain MIC companies are fine. But investing in them specifically, or sharing research with them is not fine.

Location/Region: City / Suburb

Major: CS or CE

Cost: Max $30k/yr after aid

Basically any liberal arts college without an engineering program won’t be getting DOD funding.

As for the investment piece, most colleges LACs included are invested with fund managers who in turn invest in the market so basically 0 are directly invested in the MIC.

yeah unfortunately it's quite hard to find something that isn't invested
