Hello, I'm an international student wanting to start my undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering in the USA, mainly in Florida. I got accepted into a handful of universities, but my best options are USF and NSU, mainly in terms of affordability. I received 5000 USD in financial aid from USF, knowing it's a public university and 21000 USD as a scholarship from NSU. My main concern lies in the cost of attendance; I don't know if the estimates that are provided are reliable or can be taken literally, but using the estimates, USF would be cheaper for me to attend. In terms of general ranking, both are close.

In terms of living preference, I'm flexible and adaptive. However, I do like Fort Lauderdale a bit more from what I've seen online than Tampa. I also have a friend in both areas. The sole question remains on which uni is more worthwhile for what I will pay and which will yield a better international uni experience.

I'm really not sure what to do, and I feel lost and in need of consulting; I would appreciate it if you could provide details in your responses. Thank you
