Intended Major: Electrical/Computer Engineering (I am like 90% sure about this but I do want to explore other things)
Similarities: All are pretty strong in their engineering departments

Northwestern
__Pros: __
-Love evanston/proximity to chicago
-Strong interdisciplinary initiatives, super easy to double major
-School spirit/big ten, traditions
-I am going to visit in a couple of weeks but from what I know campus is great
-Opportunities/alumni network
__Cons: __
-Quarter system
-Weather, everyone seems sad/kind of cliquey

Cornell
__Pros: __
-Ithaca and campus is gorgeous
-Super strong engineering (ik people who love it there), project teams, etc
-Close to home
Cons:
-Weather
-Kind of isolated/not near a major city
-Big school / Greek life

Rice
__Pros: __
-Warm weather, Houston (proximity to many opportunities)
-Residential Colleges, smaller school
-Super easy to network/get to know professors
-Rave reviews from everyone that i know there
-Research !!!!!!
__Cons: __
-Houston and Texas
-Housing is not guarateed after first (?) two years
-Really different atmosphere/climate than I am used to, far from home (i live in ny)

Other things:
I prioritize academics above all else, but because they are relatively similar (at least from my research, feel free to correct) I am looking at the climate/social life/people/vibe a lot more now. Other schools i got into are umich, uiuc, washu, ucsb, and uva, if u think one of those would be a better fit lmk. All advice is appreciated!! Go cats/big red/owls!!

For cornell, greek life is not a huge part at all
