if you’re good enough to be top of your class at georgetown, you’re probably good enough to make full use of the resources that brown pre-med has to offer.

Generally, I'd say Brown, BUT might want to consider that it's a bit easier to get to DC than Providence from CA. If you're full pay, I'd go with Brown for the rep and the ability to take exactly the courses you want.
