Schools: UH VS ACU
Intended major: Marketing/Communication
Similarities: both in texas

Name of School: University of Houston
School 1 Pros: Close to home, Cheap

School 1 Cons:
bigger school, read about how parking and traffic are hell there, not super walkable

Name of School 2: Abilene Christin University
School 2 Pros: Got a scholarship,
Same format as School 1 Pros format

School 2 Cons: I'm not super big on Christianity and not sure how much they push Christianity at the school (i am a christen but its not a super big thing i revolve my life around), Its further away from home and its a smaller town then where i live, read that its very political

Tiebreaking considerations: UH has been my dream school from when i was a kid and ive always had my eyes set on it so its been hard breaking that and seeing the bad parts about the school, Abilene has given me a 10k scholarship for 4 years

Meaning not as much typical college culture

If cost isn’t a dealbreaker here and you’re not really religious UH is probably the move

#

Ah yeah unlike some mildly religious schools ACU is gonna force you to participate a good amount in religion

Full-time* undergraduate students (under age of 25) are required to earn 500 Spiritual Formation points each semester. A typical student would need to attend about 3-4 events/week for 15 weeks each semester to complete this requirement.
