Hiya, I am from the UK and am planning loads on trying to study in the US for computer science.

I have been looking at some colleges, but have been disheartened at the acceptance rates etc.

Would anybody have a list/know what ones I should consider/know how I can get a list to narrow down my own application shortlist? It would be extremely helpful.

As an FYI also - in my A-Levels I am predicted the following: A* - Mathematics, A* - Media Studies, A - Computer Science. This would mean I have a current 4.0 GPA (and I know I have a 4.0 GPA in the US when looking at my GCSEs, too).

I also sat the D-SAT internationally and got a 1580 (1 or 2 wrong out of the entire paper).

I have but no preferences for schools, other than:

  1. Are they good for CS
  2. Are they good for UK/international students
  3. Do they have non-brutalist architecture
