most schools that do meet full aid are usually very competitive private schools, since they have the most money to spend on students

when it comes to 100% need met without loans, its going to be the ivies (except cornell and dartmouth), other t10 colleges (uchicago, northwestern, MIT, stanford) and a good amount of lacs (williams, amherst, davidson, grinnell, pomona, w&l)

when it comes to 100% need met with loans, those are more abundant and less competitive, such as UVA, CMC, BC, Gtown, Urochester, etc
