My friend is a Global Health major and a minor in a different school and they are able to handle the courseload really well

Sure!! USC does also have pre-professional fraternities (pre-dental, law, film, etc) which will provide those post grad connections as well as over 1000 clubs and organizations for the more social aspect if you want something different from the traditional greek life experience
