• worked a job developing an app for a local cultural center for my ethnic group
• volunteered weekly teaching kids math and english
• took two TA periods one being calc and one being computer science, in the calc one i graded over 150 student assignments a day. it was excessive and terrible.
• i interned, working on an app that was nominated for an apple design award
• i own moderate and administrate a gaming discord and reddit with over 150,000 ppl in it
• made and pitched an app to my local city transit services to improve on board security
• i programmed a digital ID system thru apple and google wallet for my school and deployed it to over 400 students
• i was on like 15 school committees and advisory boards both elected and voluntary because i genuinely cared about making my school a better place
• been working privately on my own startup idea since mid sophomore year
• i got lifeguard certified
• my sat was a 1510 which i argue is good
• i took 11 aps with mostly 5s, some 4s and one 3
• i took two dual enrollment classes in business
• i took a data science bootcamp at berkeley in the middle of quarantine bc i straight up wanted to learn
• i swam for 12 years and was my school’s varsity captain
• and even my lowest grades coincided with a year long span when i was taking care of the house and unable to study bc of a rlly bad family health emergency

so i don’t know what else i was supposed to do, i don’t think i could’ve done better in the shoes i was in.
