Not rly a rubric as in like a grid/chart, but they give ratings from 1-9 (9 being the best) on ECs, teacher 1 rec, T2 rec, and counselor rec and then an overall rating from 1-4 (1 being the best). However, bc of holistic admissions, the average admitted student gets like between 4-7 for ecs and stuff
