I've heard there isn't enough and it's crazy to find housing and videos of people like living in barracks
Does it impact people a lot or is it overblown?

you have guaranteed housing as a freshman

but beyond that, it’s pretty much rng

they release rooms gradually during a two week period

and you get a time slot after which you can start booking rooms

But because there are more people than there is housing, you end up having to “snipe” rooms

It does impact people a lot but imo it’s also overblown
