Even at evaluative schools my interviewers have told me that interviews are essentially useless unless ur in a very specific case where ur a borderline admit and the interview becomes the deciding factor. On the other hand LORs are weighted really heavily

Mine was the exact same as any interview to be honest, but Penn says they carry no weight in the admissions process.

As long as you have a few talking points in mind, you should be fine.
