NYU doesn't release a ton of information about their admission process. For the class of 2026, three colleges (CAS, Stern, Rory Meyers) had acceptance rates lower than 10%. For the class of 2027, three colleges (unnamed) had acceptance rates lower than 5%, but I would assume it's the same three from the prior year. Tandon is definitely easier than many of NYU's colleges, but still pretty competitive. My best guess would be somewhere between 15-25%.
