But honestly, if you're constantly cold even in like 50 degree weather with a ton of layers you might want to get a checkup with a doctor before you come to Cornell, it could be something like anemia or other deficiency

Next to being wet, you lose a substantial amount of your body heat through wind so I think as long as you layer up and then also make sure you have a good windbreaker it'll be ok

the worst it got was feels like 7 with like 40 mph winds but real temp was liek 10-20

idt it even got below 15 idk
