Congrats on getting a convo! Idk for sure but when I got my conversation (I applied ED this cycle) I did my research and am pretty sure if you get a convo you’re pretty much in atp.
Just have a list of question ready cause the whole thing is just you asking questions and the alumni selling you on the experience of Cornell. Just don’t say anything that will hurt you and you’ll be good. Good luck!

No where does it say explicitly that it means you’re getting in but I just have never known anyone (including myself) who has gotten a convo and not gotten in. I don’t see why they would waste their time selling you on Cornell if they didn’t want you.
All it is is an alumni helping to get you excited for Cornell by answering your questions. Still act like it’s an interview tho. Wear something nice, be polite, etc.
To everyone reading this who didn’t get a convo most accepted students do not get one. Not getting a convo does not mean you’re not getting in. Those who get one are in the minority of accepted students.
