• Generally, you can get a good grade (B) just by participating, and a great grade (A) by putting in some extra work

You have to find a teacher to pitch it to, but keep in mind that you need at least 2-3 months in plan this all out because you need to rent out the school stage, find sponsors for the dresses and tuxedos if the participants don't have their own, contact the charity of choice, advertise the event, set up ticket sales, get nominations and screenout 10 or so guys, have the guys give you their acts, etc.
