1. Those are public OOS for me, and being low income, I’d likely be attending Cornell for free.

2. The education at Cornell Engineering vs GaTech & Purdue wouldn’t be so radically different in quality that it’d make or break job applications and professional opportunities. At most of these top engineering schools personal initiative will matter most AFAIK
