also, how does wl work? obv its by major, but r u notified based on ur position in line or is it random. if its position in line, is that position based on when u submit the form or what?

there is no position in line. they call you if they lose someone with similar characteristics to you (major, ECs, geography, etc) and you best fill the spot they want to fill. for the reply, this is your chance to sell them on why you would be an asset to their class.
