woould be impossible to double major in bme + finance at cornell
would be possible to double major bme + mecheng
but bme itself at cornell is so requirement and course heavy its very hard to double major from it; even bme + premed is really heavy (almost full credits every semester so insane workload)

i feel like the last bit i said applies to many colleges though

however, cornell has good research opps, connections to weill cornell (#1 hospital in NY) and great career advising

i recommend considring Emory

however, this major is very selective, so having many reaches cannot hurt
