USC can be very hit or miss with aid but it’s worth a shot for accounting and IB

You will likely have to look more in-depth into each school's programs to verify a) that they have an accounting major and b) what affiliations the department has and/or offers internships-wise, although that shouldnt make or break a school from your list, but it can help find schools or narrow things down. I'd look at Ohio State, University of Washington and maybe another safety because Indiana University Bloomington usually isnt a safety for it's business school to my knowledge.
