I would check out UT Austin, Arizona State, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Rochester Institute of Technology, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Illinois Institute of Technology, and Princeton/MIT/Harvard for reach reaches because they are need blind and promise to meet full aid

look into u alabama maybe? I think they might have good aid for internationals. also try out LAC's like grinnel. not ut since i dont think they care abt intl aid.

purdue is cheap (idk if they give lots of aid tho), uva (not the best school for cs but gives some aid)

Try Gatech uiuc UC’s(Irvine SC SD they give aid) UGA UMN UWM and safety-Rutgers and UMD (Ea) if u’d be willing to take debt
