#chill business/communication schools

Location/Region: City but a huge preference towards college towns! I love how walkable they tend to be but I'm open to any college with good transportation systems. I'm instate for NC but am open to schools along the east coast (excluding Florida).
Major: Business Admin/Econ with a double major/minor in communications
GPA/Test Scores: 4.0UW/4.38W and a 32 ACT (which I plan to submit to most schools) I have solid course rigor and am FGLI.
Curriculum: I am open to most curriculums but would prefer one that would allow me time to network and meet new people.
Size: I'm open to most sizes! I like the close atmosphere of a smaller school and the high energy environment of a larger one.
**Costs: ** I definitely need a college that is either extremely affordable or will cover all my need through 100% need met policies or scholarships and grants.
**Schools I'm looking at: ** UNC Charlotte, UNC Chapel Hill, Duke, Yale, Wellesley, Barnard.
Additional: While most schools are PWI's I still value a diverse student body. If the black and brown population is specifically small I don't vibe with the environment. Additionally, I would love the the campus to be queer friendly and without a housing crisis (which seems to be harder to find these days..).
i may be able to find some but idk how diverse they are. seem to be PWI but im not one to speak on at what point it becomes overwhelming
