As an FYI, UMass Amherst isn't really near Boston in a useful way. What is the cost difference like between them? I'd be leaning toward Piit or Madison probably, since I'm not sure what the hospital situation is like near Rutgers and Amherst

South asian population is important, it could be worth looking that up
and looking not only at the schools but the cities they are in
both are well known and respected, don't let like 10 or 15 places between them in ranking mean more than it does
i mean, good news is that I don't really think you have a wrong answer. I would reiterate that Pitt and Madison are most likely to be the best options of the bunch, but none are bad. I would do any admitted students events that you are able, learn as much through stuffl ike youtube. See if you can find virutal tours
