More studying/harder college experience

Northeastern:
Pros: Co-op
In Boston
Cons: lower ranked than Purdue
Really expensive

UW-Madison
Pros: Full ride scholarship
Cons:lowest ranked program out of the three
Location

I know fit and school environment matter a lot, and I will be considering those factors in my final decision, but based purely on reputation and strength of program, which should I choose. I’m fortunate enough that I could pay for northeastern or Purdue if it will make a significant enough difference in my career/college life, thanks for the advice.
