UChicago/UCB/CMU are known for having very rigorous programs. Emphasis on CMU CS.

Helping you cut down your list isn't easy with the criteria you gave us. Anything that's important to you, other than the quality of education (which will be good at pretty much all schools you gave us), location, and curriculum?

Would you have any opportunities to visit colleges?

"Prestige" and all that doesn't really matter for pre-law. One tip that comes to mind is to avoid colleges with grade deflation though.

Look at Carleton college, they send a lot of people to the top 14 law schools
