hi all. would anyone be willing to recommend from good target and safety schools that are affordable but also semi-competitive for a target? Here are my stats and everything else:
I go to a large (3000+) Public high school in Illinois
Location/Region: city and/or college town, would like to get out of Midwest, warm weather, larger school
**Major:**either bio, chem, lr nursing
GPA/Test Scores (optional): 4.4 W, 3.5 uw, 27 on act (33 on reading so I’m retaking to superscore math), 1270 sat, 7 aps + 2 next year
Curriculum: I want to be able to balance social life and work load, but I want a challenge so I’d say challenging rigor
Size: not very important, medium or large school (11k+)
Costs: will be needing aid and scholarships
Schools you're currently looking at (if any): umiami, usd, ucsb, ut austin, uga are some of my reaches and targets
Additional: i am looking for schools that are known to be generous with aid and scholarships, semi competitive, and honestly just new schools to research for a program like mine!
