Good story, but it lacks specifics about what you actually want to study. The question is largely why do you want to attend UW/your major, and I'd bet very little of your why truly has to do with something that happened in the fifth grade. A shorter story lead-in and more of the later paragraphs would make it better. That said, it's almost certainly good enough for UW and it's a good essay overall

I understand but I was only waiting because I asked for peer reviewers. I probably could've submitted earlier tonight but I wanted to polish it up a little. I get that I could've had it done 4 months ago but part of the reason I waited is because I have a lot of experience under my belt now so I can nail the essay and get killer revisions done to my common app to make it better

It's not always about time, it's about strategy too, and it seemed like a rational idea to submit later in the night if I could get peer reviewers after my concert.

UMN campus is much more urban but UW gets recruitment from Milwaukee TC & Chicago while UMN may only really have recruitment for TC(Job recruit)

If OOS UMN is cheaper

UMN has superblock i love superblock

UW and UMN Biz is equal though the Carlson name is way more impactful

For CS UW j built that new 200m building and is overall better, but only marginally
