Yeah if you really wanted to hack the GT system. You can apply for a really easy major. They allow for a change of major so long as you have less than 60 credits. It's supposed to be unrestricted. So then switch into cs. That increases your chances and your outcomes. But that's all theoretical.

SAT doesn't determine your smartness. I just determines your ability to understand requirements and expect them.
