Honestly, for me, it hasn't, but it can get better. I know I can't promise you for sure how it'll go for you, but I think one thing worth keeping in mind is that a lot of that is likely because my current environment at my school hasn't been good. At my former school, I actually did get over my rejection and found a lot of peace.

Once you reach a school, and you find it a good fit and you meet amazing people, you'll likely find yourself connecting to it. After all, you're living there!
