So for my earlies I’m thinking CWRU, GWU, GaTech, Northeastern, UPitt, TAMU, OU, UMich, UT, UTD
My current RDs are Yale and Swarthmore.
Prospective Econ major, with possible additions of Data Science and Modern Languages (I’d like to study french and German).
I prefer less cutthroat and more collaborative environments.
I like urban colleges. Diversity is a huge plus. Size does not matter.
My mom cares a lot about rankings and I don’t but she basically told me today that either I go for somewhere I can attend for free or a “name brand” university which would probably eliminate GWU, Northeastern and CWRU. I’m just applying there on the off chance they lose their damn minds and full-ride me 😺.
I don’t qualify for much needbased aid so merit scholarships are my friend. 4.264 W, 3.8 is UW, 35 composite 36 superscore ACT, 1570 SAT, and my class rank disqualifies me from both UT and all other autoadmit. I will probably qualify for national merit semifinalist as my selection index is 223.
Any colleges that should be on my list but aren’t? How do the colleges already there look? Trying my best to give enough info but if it’s not enough lmk
