Location/Region: City or suburban places, no rural
Major: Computer Science
GPA/Test Scores (optional):
9th 95+
10th 95+
11th 98+
12th not yet received
SAT unwritten as of now but am scoring low 1500s on practice tests
Curriculum: I am looking for a top-class curriculum of CS that focuses on a strong theoretical foundation, as well as applications of that theory to gain hands-on experience. Preferably taught by someone who is acquainted with the computer programming industry
Size: College size around 5-10k students
Costs: Will not be needing aid
Schools you're currently looking at (if any): I'm thinking of applying to CMU, UIUC, Wisconsin Madison, UCs. Haven't considered others as of yet (which is why I'm writing this haha)
Additional: Looking for a college with a very active social scene, I am highly extroverted and social and would love to mingle with lots of students in many contexts.

Fairs, events and other cultural gatherings are important to me, as part of the experience

Also looking for a diverse community where I can form close relationships to aid in future years

Colleges with entrepreneurship cultures are also a preference

Hope this is useful, I am a student from India and as such choosing colleges that will be a good fit is difficult as i don't understand this process very well. All help is greatly appreciated, thank you

Relatively small diverse and international students is a hard combo ngl

#

I think it’s mostly the student population range you have?

I found a couple schools but they’re smaller than 5k

(Harvey Mudd for example)
