#Multiple bugs, and retarded policy

This game has so many bugs that it is hard not to encounter one. These bugs are so inconvenient that it is extremely hard not to get frustrated when, for the hundredth time, the game stops responding. Meanwhile, the development team still seems to have other priorities instead of fixing them.

Example bugs:

  1. The game stops responding to clicks, most commonly in the following scenarios:

-train schedule setup
-train schedule modifications
-checking city information
-checking factory information

  1. Game information popups are delayed for a ridiculous amount of time (in some cases even up to 20 days):

-information about winning a race
-information about completed buildings

  1. Performance issues and browser-related problems:

-the game lags heavily in Chrome and has many bugs
-Firefox is somewhat smoother, but crashes occur more often

To keep the game playable, you need to refresh the page every 15–30 minutes. This is unacceptable.

And the worst part:
Reporting these issues to support has no effect. For over a year, these bugs have not been fixed, despite the development team repeatedly claiming that they are working on them.

There are only three possible explanations:
The project is essentially dead, and only one low-paid developer is maintaining it just enough to keep it barely playable.
The development team does not understand the codebase and does not know how to fix the issues. They still claim to be “working on it,” and the support team passes this message on to users.
The company is intentionally killing the project and is now focused on collecting as much money as possible without investing any additional resources.

Any of these options leads to the same conclusion:
Either the project is dead, or the people making decisions simply do not care.

I'm not having any issues whatsoever.
Do you clear your cookies regularly?
I clear them regularly, as soon as I notice the game starting to lag. Noticeable improvement immediately afterwards.
If you have cleared your cookies/cache and still have problems, it could be:

Poor connection (either on your end or your service provider's)
Low quality service plan
Your computer/browser needs updated

i never had any of the issues you mention here.
are you sure that it's not your device and/or your connection?

#

i mean all this delay and not responding really sounds like a weak connection or a slow device

I have tested this on several devices (PC and phone) and across multiple operating systems, including Linux, Windows, and Android. The problems are the same in all cases. My internet connection is very fast (300 Mbps), and 60 latency.

#

I use the latest versions of browsers and operating systems

#

Only one thing helps: refresh the page or open it in a new window.

weird then, that you seem to have these issues in your high tech command center, while many others don't.
maybe you're far away from the servers? that could also cause delays and latency issues even if your internet is fast.
