I have a suggestion for improvement. It might be a good idea to disable the option to extend a personality’s duration by repeatedly auctioning it. Why? If an association wins a specific combination of personalities, they can earn an enormous amount of money and from that point on place absurdly high bids for exactly that combination, naturally winning every auction. With the current system, this allows a single association to keep certain personalities permanently, preventing others from getting them. It would be better if a personality could only be auctioned again after its duration has fully expired. This would give multiple associations a fair chance to acquire a specific combination of personalities.

There's already a limit. A worker cannot be extended if there are more than 24 hours remaining.
I never said that you could extend it over 24 hours, but you can "buy" it over and over again.
My Idea is that you can only buy it again after it is expired.
jus bid enough the first time and its yours from the start.. its kinda like you want to just have cheaper workers than the current rate of bidding allows
its like people getting mad they didnt get boulton when they bid 10 K..
"why cant i save 30 mio on my station or track cost for a 10.000$ bid"
