The military archer perk Fast Draw has no requirements and can be used in any armor with any weapon. This seems problematic as to how powerful the perk is. It should not work with other weapon types similar to how many other general perks work.

Fast draw explicitly says "while holding a bow". Are you saying that it works anyways?
