Why this isn't a feature yet? I got bunch of skins from boxes and Tally Order (Shadow Wind) and I cant really use them on my male characters.

I imagine because they would have to redo the character creation system, which would require a player having to remake their character appearance
at a certain point, I believe you can sell those skins at the market
