fix the lag and rubber band and kick chinese finally from euro servers so we can play without 40% packet loss and archery could be fun
tbh the spread should be non exsistant when stationary at max level archery.
mounted archery needs looked at though due to arrow not releasing when u unlick but the spot it fire from gets locked in then u ended up shooting arrows from where u were a second ago which isnt as noticable on ground but mounted u end up shooting 1-2 meters behind the horse and if somone on ur ass u basicly shoot past them and u need 2 aim forward to hit them if there right behind u 😛

yeeeep even when server functioning somewhat notmal if somone on ur ass on a mount i have to shoot forward to hit him cause the arrow spawns behind the guy chasing and hits him in the back lol

also on mount if server starts rubber banding you can accidentally shoot your self

hit box should definitely increase, im pretty good with a bow so dont hit me with the keep practicing, that hit box has to be incredibly tiny. I've seen an arrow hit both NPC and other players and it gives me no damage like I missed, on countless occassions.
i dont feel its small , i have +1000 hours on the game and over 15k on similiar games , hit box is quiet fine
- hit recognition is not
tbh at 900 skill there shouldnt be 100% reduction in spread over the current 90%. RNG feels bad in a game like this tbh, hit boxes are a bit iffy aswell atm not sure cause of lag or what not but u get hit sound registery but doesnt do any dmg some times
hit boxes and hit recognition are bad due lag , i wouldn't say archery has RNG on it at least its not that bad , also if archery would turn into hit scan i would say its even worse , it would be so unrealistic and feel so iffy after that.
also it depends on the distance 30vs300 meters ofc there should be swaying on the arrow horse back vs on foot stationary, and so forth other scenarios
its not a laser gun...
personaly would increase arrow speed slightly more than it is like maybe another 5m/s at max and it be pretty fine

or even longbows get faster projectile speed tbh there kinda useless genberal atm compared to the short bows
