For one i will start by suggesting a key to hide the jousting notification on the side of the screen.

Servers should have timers on the lobby menu to say when it will end. (Sick of joining games with 1 minuet left)

Game should not begin until there is x amount of people inside. (walled off from leaving spawn)

Would be nice to see a weekly leader board / ranking system with rewards so there is more incentive to actually play them as just feels like a chore for military points.

I agree with the more jousting times, just trim down the servers to 5-6 per region and run them all day, keep the military pay cap,

Also display total damage dealt (players + horses) on scoreboards. Kills is not a good stat to show, because it's all about getting the last hit on someone.
