So, we can teleport to our other bases yet we lose all items when we teleport. I think it would be cool to have an NPC cart go from one base to another to deliver goods. It could be requisitioned from a building that you could put items in and once paid it would take the roads to your other base where you would have the sane building. These carts could be hijacked by players or NPCs. Depending on how much you pay provides the cart HP, NPC protection, and speed.
