as you can see in the screenshot it's saying i need to complete my daily quest to use the resource recycler function, even though it says i did all 5, as well as having a remaining balance of things to sell, and trying to sell something for less resources than the balance.

Thats the count amount. You can sell 260 units at a total value of 53. In the guild tab you have 2 skills for it. Upper one increases how many units you can sell, lower one how much coin in total you can get
