Every sources/wiki are outdated now or very bad. You should make an official wiki website with everything like skills, craft, jobs etc.
Your current "wiki" (but it's not) website doesn't promote the game. It's like something we did in 1990.

party_dead We tried bringing up this point but the devs/CMs gave us no direction on what wiki they want maintained. I'm down to help but don't wanna work on a god dam fandom page that crashes my browser with ads

yes the game need some in depth knowledge about game mechanics. They need to guide their new players. I struggle a lot of resources where to find this and that. Any links will be appreciated

Or they could have better item descriptions in game. BDO does a good job of explaining what things do via item tool tips only
