Trying to understand region locked servers some more, as the current map in today's announcements does not make sense. The circled forts for example would be leaving a region locked server to a different region's server, so I would assume those forts serve no function?

You have 1 region on map. It will have couple servers (let's say 16 but I don't know exact numbers)? some of them will be PvP, some of them PvE, some of them on new map, some of them on old map, and some of them will be region locked and this all will be in one region
