So from what i can see i can give you a couple of advices:

  1. Work on your oll and pll recognition, you are always stopping to check if what you saw is right, which takes a couple of seconds everytime, you should be able to recognise any oll and pll by looking at 2 faces, so that's one thing you can improve on.

  1. Your cross is decent, but overall pretty slow. Try to plan it better and execute it faster, that'll save you more seconds in your solves.
#
  1. During F2L you rotate a lot, try to rotate less and look up more optimal solutions to insert your pairs. Try to keep it to 3-4 at most for now, then down to 2-3. Also try to either use your left hand or right hand mainly, as switching hands can be tricky, but this is not as big of a deal.
#
  1. Overall you can go much faster, your turning is ok, fingertricks are fine, you should be able to turn faster when you get more confident. That'll increase your tps and make your solves lower in time

uhh right of the bat, just use x2, y2 etc. not xx or wwhatever

solve 1:

  • yellow is much nicer. if you're not dcn learn how to solve on yellow. your cros seems fine for white.
  • that L U' L' is useless on pair 1, just do: U2 R' U2 R U' R' U R for OG
  • try not to do that U move at the start of RG then rotate, just rotate then do the whole solution

solve 2:

  • Poor cross solution. try to find solutions which are under 8 moves for every scramble
  • better solution for pair 1: y' U' L U L' U' L U2 L'
  • better solution for pair 3: y U2 L' U L2 U L'
  • better solution for pair 4: y' R' U2 R2 U R2 U R

solve 3:

  • good cross
  • try to avoid diagonals. Red blue woud've been the best 2nd pair with: L' U L U S' L S
  • RG wasn't a good 2nd pair to chooose
  • don't do that U spam thing before pair 3. ik you know its bad
  • y' U R' D' R U' R' D R U R better for last pair
