If you've planned full cross, then you don't need to look at the pieces as you're solving them. Instead, look for your first pair.
There was also quite a bit of rotation in your F2L
Try to solve pairs that have edges correctly oriented, so that you don't have to rotate

Reduce your regrips
What I'm noticing is that the cross solution was not efficient enough. I don't think you have planned the cross in inspection or just were abit worried if you have planned it correct, so that's the first point.
You have to reduce regrips in your solves and also try to pause less and make it a smooth enough which mean you can transition into each step nicely. By which I mean there should be less pauses during transition to croos to first F2L pair and so on
Again don't push yourself too hard just have fun cubing 🙂
